The Proactive Health Package is designed to give you everything you need to move forward with confidence.

60 Minute Pre-test Consultation
Review your personal and family history and explore whether genetic testing makes sense for you.
Comprehensive Risk Assessment
We'll assess your history for other potential risks, such as hereditary heart conditions or carrier screening
30 Minute Post-Test Consultation
Go over your results and talk through what they mean for you and your family.
Your Pedigree
(Family Tree)
You'll receive a copy of your pedigree and have access to an editable online version, so you can easily communicate updates to your HealthyGene genetic counselor
Personalized Clinical Action Plan
You'll get a written report you can share with your doctor – including clear recommendations based on your results.

Genetic Testing
We'll order your test and help you understand cost and insurance. The test itself is not included in the price of the consultation, however it is often covered by health insurance. The self-pay cost is $250.
